Tenants who rent from the developer (us) is no longer allowed a dog; only (1) cat. Kolter is also offering only (1) parking space with all of the units. We are running out of spaces and cannot offer the second parking space. If an owner has a second spot, we can ask if they would lease it to your client.
Screening Process:
Credit Check – NO Short Sales, NO Bankruptcies, NO Outstanding (Delinquent) Mortgage Debt, NO Foreclosures, NO Landlord Debt, NO Utility Debt and NO Legal Actions from Collections.
Criminal Background: NO Felonies.
Rental History Verification
Employment: ALL persons applying to Two City Plaza MUST BE employed, self-employed or retired. NO CO-Signors or Guarantors
Income Verification: We will also need your proof income, which is based on (single person/married couple) 3 times the monthly rent. To qualify for roommates you will need to show proof of 3 times the monthly rent for each roommate. If employed – two most recent pay stubs; If Self-Employed – most recent tax return; If retired: Social Security Statement, Retirement Investment Statement etc.
Two City Plaza Condos for Rent require: $75 is our application fee for single or married couple
$200 is our administrative/reservation fee.
Two City Plaza requires first month’s rent and security deposit of one months rent.
The condo association requires a one-time non-refundable $400 condo association fee.
